As a Certified Corporate Trainer, my favorite areas to train in are those involving attitudinal change. A stickler for excellent customer service, I am quite passionate about training on this topic.

I am often appalled at the poor level of service given at many establishments on our island. Some employees do not seem to realize that it is the customers, and not their employers that pay their salaries.

This Blog was designed for you to share your experiences with me. During my training sessions, I would usually ask participants to give examples of good and bad customer service experiences they may have had and I would also share my experiences.

Please share your feelings and experiences about customer service on our island and country at large. I will be glad to use your stories in my sessions. Together, let us all work to improve the level of service in our country.
